This 10-15 minute break is great for helping improve kids' focus and their self-regulation. Freezing and holding a pose can help them practice stopping their bodies and minds on command. Many kids with ADHD have challenges with their motor control; through this lesson, they can build these skills.
Included are modifications to make this lesson easier or more challenging, depending on the group.
