Children with ADHD often want instant gratification. This jar provides an instant reward when acts of kindness or cooperation happen at home or in the classroom. Everyone can participate; for instance, "Mom showed cooperation by allowing you to play outside for 5 more minutes before dinner, so we add a pom-pom to the jar!" Once the jar is full, you can choose a fun activity to enjoy together, such as a movie night, board game, or a trip to the park. Involve the kids in planning to make it more exciting!

Tips: Begin with a small jar and ensure the reward is something tangible to maintain interest.
